Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality medical opinion services for veterans seeking VA disability nexus letters. To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, we offer the following refund policy:

Full Refunds:

  • You may request a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled virtual consultation.

🚫 No Refunds:

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows.

  • Completed consultations where a nexus letter has already been provided.

  • If your nexus letter is not accepted by the VA (as we cannot guarantee claim approval).

Rescheduling:

  • You may request a one-time reschedule if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Additional reschedules may require an additional fee.

Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Waiver

We are committed to resolving any concerns regarding our services. If you are dissatisfied, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us First – Email us at hello@thrivemo.com within 7 days of your consultation to discuss your concerns.
2️⃣ Internal Review – We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3️⃣ Final Decision – If a refund or adjustment is granted, it will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

🔹 Chargeback Waiver:
By using our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider for any reason covered under this policy. Any disputes regarding our services must be handled directly with us through our dispute resolution process. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action or collections.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Dispute Policy.
